The Group follows a performance driven HR culture with utmost importance given to Human Resource Development in the form of regular trainings be it for the senior management to improve and hone their management skills or for the mid-level management to increase their awareness and knowledge on compliance and products.

There are a number of training sessions stipulated during the course of the year as well as on-demand training that can be set up at the time of product launch or when there has been an update or upgrade in the internal operating systems.
